Mel
Kiper, Jr. is a genius because HYPE pays and promotes him to be their
"NFL Draft Expert".
Another
year of the NFL Draft, and another year of being totally clueless.
Kiper's picks are so weak, that he makes your local weatherman look
accurate.
Last
year when I started my blog, "PackSmack", I kept an accuracy
chart on Kiper's first round selections. He correctly picked 8 of
the 32 first round draft picks for a whopping 25% accuracy rate. Kiper
picked only one selection right after the Top 10 picks.

According
to my records, it looks like Mel fell one selection short of matching
his total of 8 from last year. But who cares about accuracy? It's
all about the hype and the hair. I just hope Mel doesn't get nervous
that there might be a new sheriff in town with the addition of the
NFL Network.Their "expert", Mike Mayock, was right on 8
picks.
I
wonder who Mel has on his board for the 2007 draft?
